Pricing worksheet
Add up what the job will cost you and what you want to earn, and the worksheet shows the price to bid, the price per month and the price per unit. Change any number and the totals update. Nothing you type leaves this page.

To compare
Wage rules: if the solicitation includes a Service Contract Act or Davis-Bacon wage determination, the hourly wages and fringe benefits in it are the minimum you must pay for each job title on that contract. Use at least those rates in the labor lines.
Next: put the price on the agency's price schedule exactly as they ask, then go through the bid checklist. To see what agencies have paid for similar work, look at recent awards.
The worksheet is arithmetic only: overhead is figured on job cost and profit on total cost. The example numbers are placeholders; replace them with your own.
